About Terroir Auburn
Terroir Auburn is located 120 kilometres mid-north of Adelaide. Established in September of 2012, the business started off as a 30-seat restaurant. Today, Terroir Auburn offers a restaurant as well as accommodation. Terroir Auburn is owned and run by husband and wife team, Dan and Annika Moss. Dan is a highly skilled and experienced chef, trained both in South Australia and overseas in the United Kingdom, Germany and Canada. Annika has been living in Clare Valley for over 8 years. Her Dad was born and bred here and she enjoys being surrounded by a lot of family. She has a passion for wine and plenty of experience in the industry, working in a variety of roles across export, cellar door, administration and logistics.
